FAQs

  • Yes, all tennis and pickleball players need a member profile in our system to reserve courts, obtain a membership, book clinics, or participate in events at the Z-Plex Texas Sports Village and The Zadow Park.

  • No, making a reservation does not require a membership.

  • We offer Individual Memberships for one person and Family Memberships for those who want to include family members living in the same household.

  • There are no additional fees for court reservations once you are a member unless you fail to cancel your reservation within 24 hours.

  • Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in being charged a non-member rate for the court.

  • Yes, non-member guests will pay a small guest fee, which will be automatically added to your reservation. The person making the reservation is responsible for collecting this fee from their guests.

  • Membership cancellations must be made at least two weeks before your next recurring payment date. To cancel, please contact
